The Merlin free trial is available for a period of 3 days, during which you will have access to all features and functionalities of the service. The free trial is intended to allow you to evaluate Merlin’s capabilities and ensure it fits your creative needs.
Full Functionality: During the trial period, you will have access to the complete set of features that Merlin offers, including image, article, and tweet generation.
Rate Limiting: To ensure fair usage and system integrity, the service will be subject to rate limiting. This means there is a cap on the number of requests you can make to the system within a given timeframe. Details on these limits can be provided upon request or accessed through your account dashboard.
Zero Tolerance for Abuse: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of abuse or misuse of the Merlin services. Abuse includes, but is not limited to, creating harmful or malicious content, attempting to circumvent rate limits, or exploiting system vulnerabilities.
All content generated using Merlin remains the intellectual property of the creator. However, BPS Designs reserves the right to use anonymized data for the purpose of improving our services while ensuring user privacy and data protection.
BPS Designs reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the free trial at any time, without prior notice, if we determine any breach of these terms and conditions. Additionally, we may modify these terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon being posted on our website.
BPS Designs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Merlin services during the trial period.
